The International Journal of Educational and Psychological Assessment TIJEPA is an international, refereed, and abstracted journal that publishes empirical reports in the fields of education and psychology focused on assessment, measurement, and evaluation studies. Contributors from different institutions are welcome to submit relevant and significant manuscripts for review and publication.

Knowledge produced in the journal is meant for all scholars specialized within the field of measurement, testing, assessment, and evaluation. TIJEPA publish articles that tackle empirical reports, scholarly reviews, and assessment policies within the domain of education and psychological assessment, measurement, and evaluation.

Varied use of methodologies, educational levels, and approaches to assessment are acceptable. Themes: 1. Development of measurement tools 2. Validation and reliability studies of instruments 3. Measurement Invariance studies 4. Studies using Item Response theory 5. Studies on Differential Item Functioning 6.

Peer Review Policy. All articles appearing in the volumes are peer reviewed. Each article submitted is screened by the editor and then sent for peer review.

Schools have an important role to play in combatting suicide, a significant public health problem that disproportionately affects adolescents and young adults. Schools can work to reduce youth suicidality by adopting policies that align with best practice recommendations pertaining to suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention. Survey data were collected according to a one-group pre-test—post-test design with a 3-month follow-up. At follow-up, participants reported barriers to implementing changes, most commonly in the form of insufficient time and stigma surrounding the topic of suicide.
